I also find great joy in spending quality time with our two sons, whose curiosity and creativity are a constant source of inspiration. Implementing Resource Planning & Vendor Spend Optimization for a Global Video-Sharing Platform. The goal; To modernize our client's workforce planning & vendor management by addressing critical inefficiencies across three core processes: demand forecasting, capacity planning, and cost management. We leveraged Anaplan to centralize these processes supporting 14,000+ vendor agents in 80+ languages and 3000 call center queues. It was extremely rewarding to see the impact our team was able to drive for our client’s WFS organization in such a short time. In just a year, we were able to successful drive out 12% of cost out of their customer support operations. Within Keyrus, I was also able to partner with an amazing team who were equally as invested in driving towards tangible outcomes for our client. When you put those two things together you're bound to have great outcomes.
I have dedicated the past 10+ years of my career focused on EPM tools with a specialized focus on Anaplan. I have always valued its ability to be customized to clients needs and rapid speed to value for our customers.
My dream project at Keyrus would be partnering with enterprise technology clients to help solve complex planning problems by leveraging EPM tools such as Anaplan. I have always been energized to understand our clients challenges and finding new and innovative ways that we can help solve those by driving agility, streamlining operations, and enabling smarter, data-driven decision making.
