Beyond having a really good time together, we also got the chance to welcome our new joiners and get to know them in person. The Argentina team keeps growing, and these moments matter.
We worked together from a house right by the lake, with Patagonia's autumn colors all around us. Being in the same room, away from our usual routines, made collaboration feel easy and natural. It's hard to complain about the office when that's your view.

" Experiences like this allow us not only to strengthen our teamwork, but also to deeply get to know each other beyond work. They help build trust and stronger relationships that translate into our day-to-day basis. It was a wonderful opportunity that gave us the chance to disconnect, recharge and come back with renewed energy. I feel very fortunate to be part of such an incredible team " — Celeste, Analyst
You can't go to Bariloche without enjoying the outdoors. Some of the team went kayaking on the lake, we all enjoyed great local food, and on Saturday we wrapped things up with a hike up a hill to take in the views. Patagonia in fall really is the best.

" It was great to reconnect in person after working remotely for so long, surrounded by such an amazing landscape. We truly enjoyed nature and the chance to bond as a team." — Nicolas Cabo, Principal Consultant
One of the best parts of this trip was meeting our new joiners face to face. There's no real substitute for that first in-person conversation when you've only known someone through a screen. It was great to see the team come together and make everyone feel at home.

" This trip was the best possible way to start a new job. Getting to meet the team in person made all the difference. I felt included right away and truly part of the group. The activities were so much fun and helped us connect and get to know each other better. It made me feel more comfortable and confident in my new role. You can tell it’s a very supportive team with a strong sense of trust. I’m so happy to have joined Keyrus! " — Paloma Timossi, Consultant
This retreat was more than a getaway. It was time well spent investing in our team and in relationships that make our day-to-day work better. We came back with stronger connections, good memories, and fresh energy for what's ahead.
" The trip to Bariloche was a meaningful experience for the team, both professionally and personally. Working together in the same space encouraged collaboration, open dialogue, and a deeper understanding of each other’s perspectives. At the same time, sharing time outside of daily routines helped strengthen trust, connection, and team spirit. Overall, this trip reinforced the trust we have built and made me look forward to seeing the whole team together again." — Ramiro Vilaseca, Consultant
" Nothing beats working with a view of the Nahuel Huapi and an incredible team. Bariloche reminded us why we love what we do at Keyrus. " — Nicole Barretto, Analyst
