We have just wrapped up our annual development program, which took place over the last two weeks. In addition to welcoming our newest consultants, we had the opportunity to share knowledge from our more experienced consultants.
As most of the participants were in APAC (joined by 2 participants from Poland and Netherlands offices), this year’s program was held in Vietnam.
Our trainings were conducted by a diverse group of trainers: Maud, Filip, and Suhendra, who are more experienced consultants with strong technical skills; and Liang Xuan, Huong, Huy, Ky, and Thu, new consultants who joined Keyrus APAC in January 2022, with fresh perspectives.
Through the development program, we all became closer (trainers and participants) and were able to share knowledge and experience, tips we gained during the journey.
Before attending the development program, all participants had completed their Anaplan Level 1 and Level 2 training. Having some Anaplan knowledge prior to the development program allowed us to focus more on soft skills and technical skills.
The training included various sessions to prepare our new hires for their roles as Anaplan consultants. We also provided several assignments (both group and individual) as a way to allow our new participants to put into practice their Anaplan learnings throughout the program and demonstrate their presentation skills.

We were exposed to different challenges in which we sharpened our technical skills in Anaplan, at the same time training ourselves to work as a team. Moreover, with the feedback received and given, we were able to improve our soft skills, specifically presentation skills, communication skills, and logical skills. Without the support of our seniors, we would not be capable of achieving such personal development. Meeting people from different culture and background have widened our knowledge about the World. We really appreciate this opportunity and hope to have a chance to work together as a team again soon 😥”
